Through exciting project wins and a continued focus on creating a positive culture and environment for our team, we are starting to look ahead to the new-year and have identified the need for an additional Site Engineer to join our team.\nWhat do we need from you?\nThe successfulSite Engineer will be involved in a range of projects throughout the region. We're looking for someone who enjoys working on complex infrastructure projects and thrives in a fast-paced environment where you are given autonomy within your work and the opportunity to influence outcomes to achieve best for project results.\nAs a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for:\nProcurement of project materials and support in the management of key Subcontractors\nLead initiatives in site safety, site quality, and site environmental compliance.\nDevelop and maintain construction programs and look aheads to support internal and external communication\nProductivity and cost tracking to support the management and communication of milestones\nFinancial management from preparation, review and processing of purchase orders and subcontractor progress claim review and approval.\nHow you'll connect to the role?\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent tertiary qualifications\nStrong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage and maintain great relationships with colleagues, subcontractors, clients and stakeholders\nExposure to the coordination of site activities and costs forecasts;\nProcurement of plant, equipment, materials and services;\nPreparation of quality control documentation to ensure compliance\nOur people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
