Based out of Bunbury, this role is well suited to a hands-on leader who can support and motivate site teams while keeping a strong focus on safety, quality, cost and programme outcomes. Working across a range of civil construction activities, you will help drive efficient delivery on site and play a key role in planning, coordination and execution of the works.\nWhat you’ll do?\nLead daily pre-start meetings and ensure all site requirements are clearly communicated and understood\nCoordinate materials, plant, labour and subcontractors to support safe and efficient delivery of works\nMonitor project programmes, identify delays and contribute to practical solutions to keep works on track\nSupport the development and implementation of SWMS, safety audits and environmental risk assessments\nAssist the Project Team with productivity, site issues, project cost monitoring and day-to-day operational performance\nOperate plant and provide on-the-ground support to crews when required\nHow you’ll connect to the role?\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in a civil supervision role or similar\nDemonstrated experience in bulk and detailed earthworks\nMRWA experience desirable\nStrong organisational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities\nProven ability to positively influence and lead teams and subcontractors\nExperience working under live traffic conditions\nConfidence in leading pre-start meetings and coordinating daily site activities\nValid driver’s licence and the flexibility to work overtime, weekends and away from home as required\nWhite Construction Card\nOur people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
