You'll play a key role in planning and coordinating maintenance activities, with a strong focus on safety, quality, cost, and programme outcomes. Joining an established and experienced delivery team, you'll have the opportunity to further develop your leadership skills and build a long-term career within a supportive and structured environment.\nIn this role, you'll be responsible for:\nLeading daily pre-start meetings and ensuring all site requirements are addressed.\nPlanning and coordinating labour, plant, materials, subcontractors, and resources to meet project requirements.\nAssisting in the preparation and implementation of Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).\nCoordinating and supervising maintenance and civil works across multiple work fronts.\nSupporting the team with cost control, forecasting, and programme development and delivery.\nCoordinate Network Emergency Response to restore safe road access.\nEnsuring all works are carried out in compliance with health and safety, environmental, and quality requirements.\nHow you’ll connect to the role?\n\nTo be successful in this role, you'll bring previous experience in a supervisory position within civil construction, ideally across road maintenance or road infrastructure projects.
