In this hands-on leadership role, you'll lead a crew delivering landscaping, vegetation management, horticultural and arborist works across a unique and dynamic environment.\nThis is a great opportunity for an experienced landscaper or horticultural professional who enjoys working outdoors, leading from the front and taking pride in maintaining high-quality green spaces. With consistent Monday to Friday hours, a supportive team culture and plenty of variety in your day, you'll enjoy a rewarding role where no two days are the same.\nAs Team Leader, you'll be responsible for coordinating daily landscape maintenance activities, supporting apprentices and labourers, managing resources and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You'll work closely with supervisors, subcontractors and clients while helping to develop the skills and success of your team.\nWhether you're an experienced Team Leader or ready to take the next step in your leadership career, this is an opportunity to grow with Fulton Hogan and be part of a team that takes pride in creating and maintaining exceptional outdoor environments.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead and support a team delivering landscaping, vegetation management and horticultural works across Sydney Airport\n\nCoordinate daily activities and allocate tasks in line with maintenance schedules and operational priorities\n\nProvide guidance, mentoring and on-the-job support to apprentices and labourers\n\nInterpret landscape plans and ensure works are completed to specification and quality standards\n\nCarry out a variety of hands-on landscaping and soft-scaping activities alongside your crew\n\nCoordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently\n\nMonitor productivity, manage work records and complete daily work summaries\n\nPromote and maintain safe work practices and compliance with WHS requirements\n\nBuild positive working relationships with supervisors, management and client representatives\n\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to a positive team culture\n\nThe pre-employment process will include a medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.\nWant to be rewarded for the good work you do?
