· Working closely with project and operational leaders to understand current and future resource requirements.

· Identifying opportunities for the movement and redeployment of employees between projects and business units.

· Supporting workforce mobilisation, demobilisation and recruitment planning.

· Partnering with People & Culture and recruitment stakeholders on current and upcoming workforce requirements.

· Supporting day-to-day People & Culture activities across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia, including inductions and recruitment

· Assisting with the implementation of strategic People & Culture initiatives throughout the Southern Region.

Ideally you will bring:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong Microsoft Excel capability and confidence working with large datasets.

· Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.

· An ability to turn workforce data into clear, meaningful information for decision-makers.

· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

· A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.

· The ability to work collaboratively with operational leaders, projects, People & Culture and recruitment teams.

· Previous experience in workforce planning, resource planning, recruitment, People & Culture, workforce analytics or project resourcing would be highly regarded.

We are committed to reconciliation and building and nurturing respectful relationships with First Nations peoples. Through our First Nations Engagement Strategy and Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), we aim to promote opportunities, cultural understanding and partnerships that celebrate and acknowledge the contributions of Indigenous communities.

If our values resonate with you, please submit an application for the position. If you’re not sure that you meet 100% of the selection criteria, that’s okay, we would still like to hear from you and potentially discuss how your skills could be utilised at Fulton Hogan.
