Speak to our Talent Acquisition or People & Culture team to learn more.\nWhat’s on offer?\nAs our Infrastructure Services business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Workshop Administrator to join our North Queensland team on a full-time basis.\nReporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our workshop and broader Business by providing efficient administrative and coordination support. While previous workshop administration experience is highly regarded, we also welcome applications from individuals with a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to learn.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProvide daily administrative support to workshop teams and assist the Nort Queensland Operational Teams with asset coordination and customer service activities.\nManage subcontractor documentation accurately and maintain fleet management records and databases.\nRaise purchase orders, generate job and service cards, and support offsite inspections and warranty processes.\nMaintain staff rosters, personnel records, filing systems, and operational databases.\nAssist with stock control activities, including parts ordering, inventory monitoring, stocktakes, receipting and invoicing.\nCoordinate service schedules and monitor overdue repairs using maintenance management software.\nHow you’ll connect to the role?\nTo be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and organised individual with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
