We operate at the intersection of financial infrastructure, complex engineering, and product experience.\nAbout The Role\nWe're looking for a Business Development professional to own and accelerate Fun's commercial growth. This is an individual contributor role - you'll run enterprise deals end-to-end and help shape how we bring Checkout to market. You’ll be one of Fun’s primary voices in market - the person prospects, partners and the broader ecosystem come to associate with how we sell. You don't need crypto experience; we're actively looking for people who've built strong BD motions and are ready to apply it to the infrastructure layer of on-chain commerce.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the Full Deal Cycle: Drive deals from sourcing and qualification through discovery, solution design, negotiation, and close. Serve as the primary champion for each account inside Fun.\n\nBuild and Manage Pipeline: Develop a high-quality pipeline with a focus on enterprise accounts. Iterate on campaigns based on what’s converting, and manage across multiple ICPs.\n\nOwn Technical Discovery: Get deep enough on Fun’s stack to lead discovery yourself - qualifying and demonstrating value to engineering and product buyers without depending on engineering\n\nRepresent Fun.xyz Externally: Attend industry conferences and ecosystem events to build relationships, generate pipeline, and expand our footprint.\n\nRead the Market: Track emerging trends and competitor moves, and feed that into how we counter-position on pricing, packaging, and narrative.\n\nShape the Commercial Motion: Partner with product and leadership teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling commercial narratives and feed structured field insights back into roadmap, pricing, and positioning\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n3+ years of BD or sales experience with a track record of closing enterprise deals.\n\nTrack record of generating your own pipeline through outbound (not just converting inbound)\n\nComfort in early stage environment: as effective at building a repeatable process as following one.\n\nAbility to run multi-stakeholder deal cycles from start to finish, engaging executives, founders, product leaders, and legal/compliance stakeholders with confidence.\n\nGenuine curiosity about crypto and the future of on-chain payments.\n\nNice to Have\nExisting relationships with enterprise decision-makers\n\nExperience working at a high-growth startup\n\nExperience selling developer-focused or API-first
