infrastructure roadmap aligned with company objectives\n\nArchitect and oversee cloud infrastructure design and implementation\n\nEstablish best practices, standards, and processes for infrastructure development and operations\n\nPartner with Engineering, Research, and FDE to align infrastructure capabilities with business needs\n\nDrive the evolution of Kubernetes clusters optimized for GPU workloads, Production SaaS hosting and and varied enterprise deployment models\n\nChampion GitOps practices using ArgoCD for continuous deployment\n\nEstablish infrastructure as code standards using Terraform\n\nDefine monitoring and observability strategy for distributed systems\n\nCollaborate with ML engineers to optimize infrastructure for model training and serving\n\nOwn infrastructure reliability, performance, and security posture\n\nImplement and maintain cost optimization strategies (FinOps) for cloud resources\n\nMust have\n7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps, with 5+ years in a technical leadership role\n\nProven track record of building and leading high-performing infrastructure teams\n\nStrong experience with AWS, GCP and Azure\n\nDeep expertise in Kubernetes, including multi-cluster management, GPU workload optimization, resource scheduling and autoscaling, and network policies and security\n\nExtensive experience with cloud networking, including VPC design, load balancer configuration, network security and segmentation, and cross-cloud networking solutions\n\nStrong CI/CD expertise, preferably with GitHub Actions\n\nProficiency in Terraform\n\nProficiency with GitOps tools (ArgoCD preferred)\n\n3+ years of experience with Python\n\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools\n\nExperience with FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization\n\nExcellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences\n\nNice to have\nExperience with ML workflow tooling (MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar)\n\nExperience with FastAPI and backend applications\n\nFamiliarity with data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake\n\nSRE practices experience or cloud security certifications\n\nHands-on
