Reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent, you will manage the full employee journey including pre-onboarding, onboarding, benefits, people development and day-to-day people operations.\nAt Fundamental we see people and talent operations as a core product, and you'll shape how everyone experiences it. This means creating seamless offers, smooth first-week onboardings, clear and meaningful career pathways, and proactive answers before anyone has to ask. Much of what you create will be read by teammates in different time zones, often working in a second language.
