La Maison Ani is seeking an exceptional Reception Supervisor to join our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a seamless and memorable arrival experience, delivering the warm, intuitive hospitality that defines our luxury dining experience.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading the reception team to deliver a consistently exceptional guest experience.
Welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality.
Managing reservations efficiently, maximising bookings while maintaining accuracy.
Coordinating closely with management, hosts and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handling guest enquiries, special requests and feedback with confidence, discretion and care.
Maintaining a polished and welcoming reception area that reflects the high standards of La Maison Ani.
Supporting the development and training of the reception team while leading by example.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Reception Supervisor or Senior Receptionist within a fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel or premium hospitality venue.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
A natural leader with a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
Calm under pressure with the ability to multitask in a busy service environment.
Fluent English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
