Our product delivers operational efficiency and insight to investment management professionals - family offices, fund administrators, and alternative fund managers.\nWe are seeking an experienced DevOps Team Leader to lead our team of engineers, take ownership of our infrastructure, and help us elevate our CI/CD and automation processes to the next level.\nIf you thrive on complex challenges, know how to inspire a team, and possess deep expertise in AWS, we would love to hear from you.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nTeam Leadership & Management:\nTeam Leadership: Manage a team of DevOps engineers (assigning tasks, tracking execution, conducting reviews).\nMentorship: Develop the technical and soft skills of your team members, conduct 1-on-1s, and create development plans.\nProcesses: Optimize and build efficient workflows within the team (Agile, Kanban/Scrum).\nInfrastructure Management: Coordinate and maintain the rotation for monitoring critical infrastructure alerts, ensuring duties are distributed fairly and evenly across the team, including yourself.\nStrategy: Develop and implement the DevOps methodology, GitOps strategy and infrastructure roadmap.\nCollaboration: Maintain close communication with Development, QA, PMs, and other stakeholders.\nTechnical & Architectural:\nCI/CD: Develop and maintain pipelines for building, testing, and deploying applications (preferably GitLab CI / Jenkins).\nInfrastructure as Code (IaC): Manage infrastructure and configurations using Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation.\nContainerization: Writing Dockerfiles, building images and orchestrating containers using Docker, Docker Compose. Experience with Kubernetes is a big advantage.\nMonitoring & Logging: Build and maintain a comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging system (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, AWS CloudWatch).\nSRE/DevSecOps: Ensure the reliability (SLA/SLO), fault tolerance, and security of the infrastructure.\nWhat We Expect From You (Must-Haves):\nLeadership Experience: 2+ years as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Senior DevOps (with mentoring responsibilities) leading a team of 3+ engineers. With a total of 7+ years of experience in DevOps.\nDeep AWS Expertise: Excellent knowledge of key services:\nCompute & Network: EC2, VPC, Route 53, ELB/ALB.\nContainers: EKS, ECS, ECR.\nStorage & DB: S3, EFS, RDS (PostgreSQL/MySQL), DynamoDB.\nManagement & Security: IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Systems Manager.\nUnderstanding of networking principles (routing, VLANs, VPNs).\nCI/CD: Proven experience building and supporting complex pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD).\nIaC: strong knowledge of Terraform.
