We believe the fastest way to grow is by doing, so we give you the ownership to run with things and see real-time results.\nDrafting pre-action protocol correspondence and ensuring compliance with the protocol.\n\nDrafting with adequate supervision documents in order to commence and conclude formal recovery action on behalf of investors, whether it is liquidation, administration, bankruptcy or county court procedures.\n\nDrafting and negotiating security documents, such as charges and deeds of priority, and settlement agreements.\n\nNegotiating with regard to Insolvency and Litigation matters.\n\nManaging a large caseload and managing costs and recovery of costs.\n\nAssisting with administrative duties relating to case management.\n\nLiaising with external panel firms with regard to issues and cases.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nWe value deep expertise, but a growth mindset and good energy are what really make our team click.
