We believe the fastest way to grow is by doing, so we give you the ownership to run with things and see real-time results.\nWe are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Data team, which sits under Tech and Data.\nThis role is a 12 month FTC joining a team of experienced analytics engineers and managers to support the increasing Analytical demands across the business. In this role, you will:\nDesign, develop and maintain performant, scalable and best practice Tableau reports.\n\nCollaborating with business users to understand their needs with the aim to automate identified manual processes, and create documentation.\n\nProvide training and support to Tableau users.\n\nSupport and collaborate with 3rd party developers to ensure a successful migration from AWS Athena to Snowflake whilst representing the businesses needs.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nDeep Expertise in SQL with experience working with modern Data Warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).\n\nA practical approach to problem-solving that balances high technical standards with key business priorities\n\nExpert in Tableau\n\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner smoothly across non-technical teams using Data for story telling.\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.\n\nAble to architect custom AI solutions and smart automated systems that are safe, maintainable, and aligned with our long-term mission\n\nAct as a technical bridge and mentor, training “builders\" across the company to move from basic AI usage to sophisticated system creation\n\nSkills we’d love to see:\nStrong understanding of financial datasets or prior exposure to the banking/fintech sector.\n\nIdeally experience with DBT, building and maintaining modular, scalable data models.\n\nWe’re building a place where everyone truly feels they belong.
