We believe the fastest way to grow is by doing, so we give you the ownership to run with things and see real-time results.\nAnalyse data (annual accounts, bank statements, credit reference agency data) to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit to SME borrowers on a loan-by-loan basis\n\nEnhance the quality of loan decisions by integrating market, industry, and portfolio insights into your credit decisions\n\nFurther your knowledge of UK SMEs, incl. accounting practices, industry and financing standards, payment behaviour and relevant legal aspects to help us evaluating credit risk correctly\n\nProvide a best-in-class experience for our borrowers by reviewing all loan applications efficiently and in accordance with our internal quality standards\n\nContribute to the ongoing development of systems, processes and business practices by sharing recommendations to improve efficiency and capacity\n\nAdvise and guide colleagues to ensure that commercial opportunities are maximized without compromising Funding Circle’s risk management\n\nProactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nWe value deep expertise, but a growth mindset and good energy are what really make our team click.
