The Implementation Manager owns client implementations day to day, from post-sale kickoff through training and go-live. You are the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, responsible for managing the timeline, scope, risks, and communication while configuring the FUNDINGO platform to meet each client's business needs.\nYou will manage multiple concurrent implementations, run client working sessions independently, and answer most client questions on your own. You will partner with our Solutions Consultant, who owns solution design for complex or unique requirements, advises on edge cases and best practices, and validates the approach when a project reaches the limits of standard functionality.\nABOUT FUNDINGO\nFUNDINGO is a Salesforce-native loan management platform helping lenders manage the complete lending lifecycle, including origination, servicing, accounting, borrower management, and workflow automation.\nOur customers include non-bank lenders, private lenders, CDFIs, financial institutions, and organizations with complex lending operations. FUNDINGO serves as a mission-critical operating platform that powers how these organizations run their businesses.\nOur implementations can be complex and highly configurable, requiring coordination across customers, project managers, implementation resources, product experts, engineering, QA, and third-party vendors.\nRESPONSIBILITIESImplementation Ownership\nOwn assigned implementations day to day, leading clients through the full lifecycle from kickoff through training and go-live.\n\nManage project timelines, scope, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent client projects.\n\nIdentify project risks early, discuss mitigation strategies with the client, and escalate issues when necessary.\n\nPrepare daily and/or weekly status reports and communicate regularly with clients, obtaining feedback and approval throughout configuration.\n\nManage the Jira board for assigned projects, ensuring tickets are properly prioritized, assigned, and tracked to meet deadlines.\n\nClient Engagement & Requirements\nRun requirements and configuration working sessions with clients independently.\n\nAsk questions to fully understand client processes from start to finish, applying logical thinking to identify gaps and clarify the underlying need before proposing an approach.\n\nServe as the first line of answers for client questions about FUNDINGO functionality and configuration.\n\nConfiguration & Delivery\nLearn the FUNDINGO platform deeply and configure and test standard product functionality, including pages, fields, flows, and layouts, to meet client business needs.\n\nConnect business requirements to specific configuration decisions, considering downstream impacts before making changes.\n\nTroubleshoot configuration issues independently before escalating, and document issues clearly for the development team when escalation is needed.\n\nWrite detailed tickets based on gathered requirements, clearly outlining requirements, acceptance criteria, and relevant details.\n\nGuide and assist clients through the data conversion and data migration process.\n\nDevelop training and configuration documentation to support internal and external stakeholders.\n\nCollaboration with Solutions Consultant\nRecognize when a requirement is complex, unique, or outside standard product functionality, and bring in the Solutions Consultant for solution design.\n\nExecute solution designs provided by the Solutions Consultant and keep them informed of implementation progress and issues.\n\nApply recommended implementation patterns and configuration standards consistently across projects.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nShare feedback from client implementations to help improve FUNDINGO products, processes, and templates.\n\nRecord time spent on projects daily to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.\n\nAttain quarterly and annual objectives defined collaboratively with management.\n\nAdditional tasks as assigned.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n3-5 years of relevant experience in product implementation, business analysis, consulting, technical support, or technical problem-solving.\n\nSalesforce administration, including building objects, fields, page layouts, and flows\n\nDemonstrated ownership of implementation work across multiple phases, from requirements through go-live.\n\nStrong communication and customer relations skills, with a consultative approach to understanding client needs.\n\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nNICE TO HAVES\n2+ years of lending experience (loan origination, servicing, CDFI, or alternative lending)\n\nExperience in client services in a B2B/SaaS environment\n\nProject Lead or Project Management experience\n\nData Migration experience\n\nJira experience\n\nWHAT WE OFFERThe opportunity\nBe part of the legacy of a growing company at an inflection point, with the chance to make a real impact on our mission\n\nBuild and operate the delivery engine behind increasingly complex and enterprise-level customer engagements.\n\nTake meaningful ownership rather than inheriting a narrowly defined corporate function.\n\nWork directly with company leadership and have visibility into the broader business.\n\nBuild a function that can grow in scope and responsibility as FUNDINGO grows.\n\nHelp shape the operating model of a Salesforce-native lending technology company.\n\nWork in a fully remote environment with a distributed team.\n\nThe package\nCompetitive compensation package based on experience and market\n\nFull-time role with significant growth potential as FUNDINGO scales\n\n100% of employee medical and dental premiums covered\n\n401(k) with maximum match, vested as you go\n\n15 paid holidays per year\n\nCompensation Range: $100K -
