You will support our core lending decision processes by managing critical data and ensuring operational excellence. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and provide customer-centric support.\nWhat you will do:\nTo assist in monitoring credit limits and exposure.\nTo process trade drawdowns\nAssist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date credit files and documentation.\nTo ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures.\nAssist in preparing credit reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.\nTo maintain accurate and up-to-date credit files.\nPerform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the credit team.\nCollaborate with the credit team on data analysis and process improvement initiatives, leveraging tools such as SQL, Python, Activepieces, and Gemini to enhance workflow efficiency and risk insights.\nRequirements\nWhat we are looking for:\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nProficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and preferably G-Suite.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.\nEagerness to learn and develop skills in credit analysis and risk management.\nPrior internship or work experience in finance or banking (preferred but not required).\nKnowledge of financial markets, accounting principles, and credit risk concepts (preferred but not required).\nGood to haves:\nCoding/Automation: Basic proficiency or familiarity with SQL for data querying and Python for automation or data manipulation.\nProcess Improvement Mindset: Demonstrable interest in optimizing workflows;
