with preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for key account meetings. \n\nMaintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information. \n\nHandle correspondence and communication with key clients. \n\nSales Analysis and Reporting:\n\nPrepare reports on key account performance and activities.\n\nCustomer Relationship Management:\n\nAssist in building and maintaining relationships with key clients. \n\nSupport the Key Account Manager in customer communication and follow-up. \n\nRequirements\n\nCurrently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel are preferred).\n\nComfortable with digital communication tools.\n\nPositive attitude and eagerness to learn.\n\nResults-oriented with a proactive mindset.\n\nA team player with a collaborative
