Gain exposure to Employer Branding and learn about recruitment.\n\nWhat you will do :\n\nTalent Acquisition and Coordination :\n\nAssist the Recruiter team in making cold calls to potential candidates in Malaysia / SEA and making the first touch with candidates.\n\nScreen resumes for active applicants, provide feedback to the Recruiter team, and help maintain and update the recruitment database.\n\nSchedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities.\n\nEmployer Branding :\n\nCollaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create and execute employer branding initiatives that highlight our company culture and values.\n\nDevelop and share engaging content on social media, career websites, and other channels to showcase our workplace and employee experiences.\n\nBenefits\n\nGain hands-on experience in recruitment and employer branding.\n\nExposure to various facets of talent acquisition and branding, providing a well-rounded internship experience.\n\nMentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.\n\nNetworking opportunities within the organization.\n\nInterested to know more about us?
