This internship offers hands-on experience in customer acquisition in pre-sales activities within a fast-growing fintech company.\nYou will receive comprehensive product and sales process training while working closely with our Relationship Managers (RM) and Business Acquisition Managers (BAM) to support business development initiatives and contribute to the team's sales targets.\nWhat You'll Do\nConduct outbound calls to identify and qualify potential customers.\nSupport customer acquisition activities by engaging prospective clients and understanding their financing needs.\nWork closely with Relationship Managers and Business Acquisition Managers to support pre-sales activities and pipeline management.\nCollect digital documents and follow up with qualified prospects.\nMaintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.\nCollaborate with the sales team to achieve business targets and deliver an excellent customer experience.\nRequirements\nWhat we are looking for:\nFresh graduate from any discipline.\nStrong interest in Sales, Business Development, or the FinTech industry.\nConfident communication and interpersonal skills.\nComfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.\nAble to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months\nWhat's in It for You\nStructured product and sales training.\nHands-on experience working alongside experienced sales professionals.\nExposure to a fast-paced fintech environment.\nOpportunity to develop customer acquisition and relationship management skills.\nHigh-performing interns may be considered for future full-time opportunities with Funding Societies.\nBenefits\nFlexible working - We believe in giving back the control of work & life to our people.
