building scalable, reusable component-based applications.\nStrong knowledge of web performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and frontend build tooling.\nSolid understanding of databases (MSSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL) and query optimization.\nProven ability to lead features and collaborate cross-functionally.\nExposure to backend API architecture and willingness to use AI assisted tools to build the backend.\n\nGood to Have: \nExperience in fintech / wealth management / mutual funds domain.\nExperience with Next.js App Router and server components.\nFamiliarity with design systems and component libraries.\nTrack record of mentoring or leading small teams.\nUnderstanding of compliance, KYC, and regulatory requirements.\nFamiliarity with observability tools (Datadog, Grafana,
