The individual must balance maximizing in-stock goals to drive sales targets while minimizing inventory levels. This role requires an exceptional data wizard with an emphasis on Excel skills. This role will regularly interact with the Sales, Supply Chain, and cross-functional partners at Amazon. You will provide supporting information to Planning Leadership and Sales Managers within the organization, act on said information and deliver plans to consistently achieve or exceed budget.\nWhat You’ll Do\n Program Development\nSupport sales management and Amazon partners in the development of seasonal and core program plans designed to hit target goals set by Funko and Amazon\nProactively review and act on the business utilizing advanced analytics within Excel, Microsoft PBI, and internal-external reporting systems\nImplement and partner with the Amazon account on seasonal assortment planning, forecasting, replenishment orders, and end-of-life planning (Prime Day, T12 Deals, etc.)\nAnalyze sales performance and track replenishment opportunities by analyzing sell-in/sell-through data (utilizing Amazon Vendor Central and internal reporting)\nMaintain/develop reporting for the sales management team to better track and measure the performance of the account (Excel, PBI, ChatGPT, Codex, etc.)\nManage the process and communication of resolving operational issues related to product availability, delivery timing, and forecasts \nUtilize business reporting to proactively generate tools, procedures and processes to drive more sales at the account\nSeasonal & Promotional Program Management\nResponsible for Amazon forecasting and inventory replenishment activities including:\nEvents to support promotional and seasonal activity\nEnsuring numerous item settings are properly maintained to successfully launch product and ensure product flow is set to support\nRecommend policies to Amazon Vendor Manager, In-stock Manager and CSM\nUtilize customer forecasting data to provide analytical support to the internal Funko team and Amazon cross-functional partners\nLeverage customer forecasting system reporting capabilities within Vendor Central and Funko Forecast Management \nServes as the internal primary owner of the account forecasts as part of the overall Demand\nPlanning and S&OP processes\nProvides both quantitative and qualitative feedback regarding customer activity to improve the overall forecast accuracy of the organization\nResponsible for the accuracy of Amazon forecasts and their inputs into the Demand Planning process\nWhat You’ll Bring\n3-5 years experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Sales, preferably within Amazon or as an external Amazon partner\nExperience with customer forecasting applications\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy \nA polished communicator who excels at written and verbal communication \nSolves problems and resolves conflict in a measured and professional style \nProficiency with MS Office Suite, should be very proficient with Excel\nExperience utilizing AI to develop and/or improve current processes to drive better visibility and strategic decision making\nSalary Information\nThe base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80,000 - $92,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
