The Manager, EU Logisticswill lead, mentor,and motivate the EU Logistics and DC planning Team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the overall EU supply chain and contributing to Funko’s overall success in the EMEA regionthrough our 3rdparty logistics provider based in the Netherlands.This role holder will also collaborate with key stakeholders and will interface with a variety of other functional areas such as Sales, Planning, IT and Human Resources to deliver the results that achieve the business goals and objectives. Furthermore,The Team Leader, EU Logistics alongsidethe Head of EU Operationswill beaccountable for ensuring that all activities meet the customer’s contractual requirements, quality standards and expectations.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage the team of 3, 2 Logistics EU Co-ordinators and 1 Senior Logistics Co-ordinator.\nDrive a “Right First Time” mentality and culture within operations to deliver service to customers with excellence.\nServe as the champion for change led by a robust continuous improvement programme that embodies Funko values & culture.\nActively mentor and develop employees to empower responsibility in partnership with People & Culture andline manager.\nProvide leadership for employee relations through effective communication, coaching and personal development.\nPrepare and deliver data driven reviews and dashboards to the Operations Management EMEA\nMaintenance and training of SOP’s and adherence of SOPsto keep focus on accuracy and quality of work.\nExecute and oversee the administration of shipments from our 3PLproviderto customersacross EMEA.\nEnsure all internal and external, deliveries are made in a timely manner.\nLiaising with Operations, Suppliers, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders and our warehouse partnersbased in the Netherlands.\nEnsure all relevant invoices are posted in our system to ensure revenue capture.\nResponsible for controlling and arranging inbound deliveriesinto our EMEA logistics partner in the Netherlandsworking with the Regional Transport Manager.\nResponsible for maintaining workplace safety and environmental compliance in the DC.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nHighly organised, proactive approach and a ‘can do’ attitude to problem solving. \nAttention to detail. \nDemonstrable ability to evaluate the organisation and identify opportunities for improvement.\nAbility to build effective working relationships, influence and problem-solve complex issues while effectively handling internal pressures.\nProficient working knowledge and experience in fulfilment in an FMCG environment.\nHigh levels of initiative, energy and have passion and dedication for completing tasks to the highest standards. \nAbility to work effectively as an individual, as well as part of the wider centre team. \nYou willhave excellent communication skills and be competent in English & Maths. \n3PLcontract management experience preferred.\nOcean Freight experience desirable\nOOCL Podium experience desirable.\nMicrosoft D365 experience desirable. \nYou must also have IT skills and be able to utilize Microsoft Excel proficiently.\nFunko is an equal opportunity employer.
