AI Accelerator, NPU Card, Server 및 Rack System의 기구 설계 및 개발
전자 하드웨어 제품의 기구 부품 및 구조 설계
PTC Creo를 활용한 3D 모델링, Assembly 설계 및 2D 도면 작성
Design, PCB, Thermal, System, Manufacturing 팀과 협업하여 제품의 디자인 완성도, 성능 및 양산성 최적화
PCB Assembly, PCIe Card 및 Server Chassis의 기구 통합, 간섭 및 공차 검토
EVT / DVT / PVT 단계의 Prototype 제작, 검증 및 양산 이슈 대응
CNC 가공, 판금, Die Casting, Injection Molding 등 제조 공정을 고려한 설계
Minimum Qualifications
기계공학 또는 관련 전공 학사 이상
기구 설계 및 제품 개발 경력 5년 이하
PTC Creo 사용 가능자
전자제품의 기구 설계, 공차 및 제조 공정에 대한 이해
Prototype 개발부터 양산까지의 제품 개발 프로세스에 대한 이해
유관 부서 및 외부 협력사와 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량
Preferred Qualifications
스마트폰, 노트북, PC, Server 또는 Rack 제품의 기구 설계 경험
AI Accelerator, GPU, PCIe Card 등 Computing Hardware 설계 경험
해외 ODM/OEM 또는 제조 파트너와의 협업 경험
