benefits.\n\nWhat you'll own\nStrategy\nSet and own the East Coast event strategy, calendar, and budget across conferences, ancillary events, and hosted events.\n\nMake the call on where we invest, where we cut, and when to try something new, using our ICP, target accounts, and past results to back your decisions.\n\nCo-own the event playbook, goal-setting framework, and reporting so results compare cleanly across regions.\n\nExecution\nSet the goals and plan for each event, and make the decisions needed to keep it moving without waiting for sign-off on every detail.\n\nEquip Sales with target accounts, meeting goals, and context so they're set up for success.\n\nPartner with the broader marketing team to plan and schedule email and social campaigns that build awareness ahead of each event, so prospects and customers know where to find us and have a reason to stop by.\n\nLead on site: solve problems in the moment, keep meetings on track, keep the booth presentable, and make sure internal teams are where they need to be.\n\nEnsure outcomes are captured and follow-up is driven to completion, holding teams accountable so we get the most out of every event opportunity.\n\nROI\nDefine what success looks like for every event and own the results, reporting meetings, pipeline created, pipeline influenced, and ROI to leadership.\n\nBring a point of view: turn results into clear recommendations on where to double down, adjust, or walk away.\n\nWhat you bring\n7+ years in B2B field or event marketing, including ownership of a regional or national event program.\n\nA proven record of tying events to pipeline and revenue, with numbers you can walk us through.\n\nExperience running conferences, ancillary events, and owned events.\n\nStrong strategic judgment paired with hands-on execution.\n\nA track record of partnering with Sales and holding teams accountable to goals.\n\nComfort with CRM data, dashboards, and leadership readouts.\n\nStrong attention to detail, with the care to make sure every event leaves a lasting impression on prospects and customers.\n\nExperience using AI to streamline event execution and reporting.\n\nNice to
