If this sounds exciting to you, let's chat!\nWe are looking for a Technical Analyst who can act as the glue between developers, functional analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure our partners maximize the value of their data. In this role, you will pair hands-on data configuration in platforms like CJA with tailored reporting and dashboard creation. Crucially, you can translate both technical backend setups and data insights to technical and non-technical audiences alike.\nWhat you bring:\n3-5 years of professional analytics experience, demonstrating a strong balance of both technical execution and functional analytics.\n Required: Hands-on experience using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), including Data View and Data Connection configuration.\nProven experience defining business requirements and building dashboards/reporting to fit those requirements.\nStrong technical understanding of data structures to configure Metrics and Dimensions independently, without heavy reliance on developer support.\nAbility to manage client expectations and present complex ideas to non-technical audiences-explaining both the technical backend configuration and the \"so what\" behind the resulting dashboard metrics.\nExperience using Jira or a similar Agile project management tool.\n Nice to Have:Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).\nExperience with other cloud and analytics platforms, such as the Google Cloud/Analytics ecosystem (BigQuery, GA4, Looker Studio/Data Studio) or Snowflake.\nPrevious consulting or agency experience.\nFamiliarity with legacy Adobe Analytics architecture and an understanding of how it translates into the modern AEP/CJA landscape.\n\nWhat you'll be doing:\nPartner with stakeholders to define and document clear business requirements.\nTake ownership of the configuration space within modern tools, managing Data Views, Data Connections, metrics, and dimensions in CJA.\nBuild intuitive dashboards and reporting structures that directly solve specific business requirements.\nAct as the translation layer between technical engineering teams and non-technical business stakeholders, clearly communicating both data configuration mechanics and data-driven insights.\nManage workflow, project tasks, and documentation using Jira.\nWhat you'll need to accomplish in your first year:\nSuccessfully take ownership of CJA Data View configurations, creating and managing metrics and dimensions from end-to-end.\nDeliver clear, actionable dashboards that solve specific client or business requirements, proving the value of the AEP/CJA ecosystem.\nEstablish yourself as a trusted hybrid analyst who can fluently present both technical architecture details and strategic business insights to any audience.\nOur total rewards program is designed for your protection, peace of mind, and overall well-being.
