They work on the quarterly updates to our cost product by collecting data from various sources, conducting online research and performing general data analysis to support our ownership and operating cost calculations. They work with other teams to streamline processes and improve data quality and reliability.\nA Day in the Life of a Data Analyst:\nUpdate equipment cost data quarterly, ensuring changes are well researched, justifiable, and well documented\nConduct industry research to understand and stay on top of equipment cost trends\nSupport ad-hoc data pull requests, reporting and dashboards\nWork with engineers and other teams to streamline processes\nWork closely with the Data Quality team to ensure quality standards are upheld\nImprove documentation and transparency in all processes\nAudit existing processes to find pain points and improvements in efficiency\nWhat You'll Need:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience/certification\nAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, where necessary\nProficiency working with databases using SQL\nBasic proficiency with programming languages like R, or Python\n1-3 years of experience as a data analyst or in a related field\nAbility to analyze data and communicate insights effectively\nStrong Excel Skills\nA growth-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous learning\nNice to Have:\nProficiency with Power BI\nKnowledge of or interest in heavy equipment, construction estimation, ownership and operating cost analysis, or related industries\nExperience conducting online research\nThe Perks of Working at Fusable:\nWe believe in taking care of our team.
