Open to 3 full-time days with two days off, or 5 part-time days.\nYour Role as a Data Entry Specialist:\nAs a Data Entry Specialist, you play an important role in maintaining the quality and accuracy of the data that powers Fusable’s products and services. You will review, interpret, and enter information from a variety of sources into our systems, helping ensure our clients receive reliable, high-quality data. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.\nA Day in the Life of a Data Entry Specialist:\nIn this role, you will analyze and process information from UCC filings and other digital sources, accurately entering data into our systems while following established standards and procedures. You will review records for completeness and accuracy, identify and correct discrepancies, and ensure data integrity before submission.\nYou’ll work independently while collaborating with teammates to meet production goals and quality standards. Throughout the day, you may also track corrections, identify trends or recurring issues, and contribute to process improvements that enhance data quality and efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze and interpret alphabetic, numeric, scanned, and database records from UCC filings and other digital sources.\nEnter data accurately and efficiently into internal systems following established formatting and classification standards.\nReview records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.\nIdentify and correct omissions, formatting issues, and logical inconsistencies.\nTrack edits, corrections, and exceptions to support auditing and continuous process improvement efforts.\nMeet productivity and quality expectations in a high-volume environment.\nCollaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work.\nWhat You'll Need:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent. \nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. \nAbility to work independently and as part of a team. \nComfortable managing repetitive tasks in a high-volume production environment. \nBasic keyboarding, alphanumeric, and 10-key data entry skills. \nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Windows. \nBasic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. \nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nNice to Have:\nPrevious data entry, records processing, administrative, or production-based experience. \nExperience working with databases or document management systems. \nFamiliarity with quality control or data validation processes. \nExperience working in a metrics-driven environment.\nThe Perks of Working at Fusable: \nWe believe in taking care of our team.
