You will spend most of your time on the sales floor, creating relationships and commercial opportunities.\nIn our boutique, everyone contributes: selling, clienteling, stock, deliveries and presentation standards are a shared responsibility.\n**Must-have**\n* At least 5 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, including proven experience in a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or comparable leadership role.\n* Strong commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of clienteling, sales targets and key retail KPIs such as conversion, average basket and UPT.\n* A hands-on and engaging leadership style, combining clear expectations and team development with an active presence on the shop floor.\n* Strong organisational and operational skills, with the ability to prioritise, follow through and take ownership of boutique performance.\n* Fluent French and English, with flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods.\n**Nice-to-have**\n* Any additional language is highly appreciated.\n* Experience in luxury fashion, ski, outdoor or technical apparel.\n* Knowledge of the La Côte / Aubonne retail environment or an established local network\n**What you’ll love working here**\n* A 100% fixed-term contract starting as soon as possible and running until 31 March 2027, with a possible permanent
