We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to help build and maintain our AWS and cloud infrastructure. Working closely with the DevOps Team Lead, you will implement CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and ensure the stability and performance of our cloud platform in a regulated fintech environment.\nResponsibilities:\nInfrastructure & Cloud Operations\nDevelop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation\nMaintain stability and performance of AWS services (EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda etc)\nSupport networking configurations including VPCs, security groups, and load balancers\nCI/CD & Automation\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines\nDevelop automation scripts (Bash, Python, Node.js, PowerShell) to streamline operations\nWork with container technologies (Docker, ECS, Portainer, Coolify etc)\nLeverage AI-assisted tools (e.g. Claude Code) to accelerate development\nSecurity, Compliance & Reliability\nSupport secrets management, IAM policies, and encryption standards\nExecute backup procedures and participate in disaster recovery drills\nMonitor infrastructure health using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana etc\nRespond to alerts and participate in incident resolution\nDatabase & Systems Administration\nSupport RDS (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) operations including backups and performance tuning\nPerform OS-level administration on Linux and Windows servers\nCollaboration\nWork with development teams on CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows\nTake ownership of issues and drive them to resolution\nMaintain documentation of infrastructure changes and runbooks\nRequirements:\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or related areas with minimum 5+ years in DevOps roles\nAWS experience (EC2, ECS, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, S3, ALB/NLB)\nInfrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)\nContainer tools (Docker, ECS, Portainer, Coolify etc)\nSource code management tools and CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines or GitHub Actions)\nScripting (Bash, Python, and/or Node.js)\nLinux and Windows Server administration\nRDS management\nProven ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment.\nGood English communication skills\nAI-Assisted Development: Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot is essential-this is a core part of how we build software at Fusang\nPreferred\nAWS certifications\nExperience in Fintech,
