La personne devra organiser le flux de travail tout en s’assurant que la charge de travail des équipes de support et d’administrateur système est adéquate. \n\nGérer les tâches de l’équipe de support et la priorité des tickets au quotidien;\n\nAnalyser les tendances et identifier les problématiques complexes ou récurrentes en ce qui a trait aux processus et systèmes. Faire remonter les problèmes au superviseur;\n\nExaminer les processus, identifier les solutions alternatives et recommander de nouvelles approches;\n\nGérer les maintenances des différents serveurs et logiciels, ainsi que communiquer les informations à l’ensemble des usagers;\n\nS’assurer que les procédures et la documentation soient à jour;\n\nProposer au directeur TI des méthodes de gestion de projets ou d’équipe qui pourraient faire bénéficier les différents studios du groupe Fuse;\n\nAssurer les communications, avec l’ensemble du groupe Folks lorsque nécessaire, ainsi qu’être le répondant des directeurs des studios de Saguenay, Toronto, Bogota. We are known for great storytelling through high-end visual effects. \n\nWe are currently looking for an IT Manager to manage Folks' IT team projects and ensure the proper management of the support team's priorities. The person will have to: \n\nOrganize the workflow while ensuring that the workload of the support and system administrator teams is adequate;\n\nManage support team tasks and ticket priority on a daily basis;\n\nAnalyze trends and identify complex or recurring issues with respect to processes and systems;\n\nReview processes, identify alternative solutions and recommend new approaches; \n\nManage the maintenance of the various servers and software, as well as communicate information to all users;\n\nEnsure that procedures and documentation are up to date;\n\nSugges project or team management methods to the IT Director that could benefit the different studios of the Fuse Group;\n\nEnsure communications with the entire Folks group when necessary, as well as be the respondent for the directors of the studios of Saguenay, Toronto, Bogotá;\n\nFollow up on requests and ensure a result;\n\nSupport team members by helping them develop their strengths, both individually and as a team;\n\nEnsure that the team always provides the best service to the artists;\n\nCultivate team spirit;\n\nIf you think you’ve got what it takes to join Folks, please fill out the form below to set-up an interview.\n\nNothing in this job description restricts the Company’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
