The role uses advanced data analytics, dashboards, AI-enabled insights, and workflow automation to identify risks, improve controls, and translate inventory data into strategic actions that strengthen service, working capital, and operational efficiency.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\nInventory Reconciliation and Control:\nLead daily reconciliation of 3PL, OMS/WMS, and ERP inventory across channels.\nUse exception-based analysis, automated reconciliations, and structured root cause analysis to resolve variances and prevent recurrence.\nStrengthen inventory-control routines, SOPs, and audit readiness with 3PL partners and internal teams.\nOMS/WMS and Order Flow Management:\nMonitor EDI and system integrations across channels; resolve errors and eliminate recurring failure points with 3PL and IT support teams.\nExecute and control inbound stock transfers between ERP locations.\nServe as a key contact for WMS/OMS outages and use automated alerts and workflows to accelerate resolution.\nSupport accurate, timely month-end order closure.\nInventory Analytics and Strategic Insights:\nBuild and maintain dashboards that provide visibility to inventory accuracy, aging, stock risk, order exceptions, and service impacts.\nAnalyze trends, recurring issues, and cross-channel inventory signals; convert findings into clear recommendations for leaders and partners.\nApply scenario analysis and AI-enabled tools responsibly to identify risks, opportunities, and inventory optimization actions. \nAutomation, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Support:\nIdentify, prioritize, and implement workflow automations that reduce manual effort, improve controls, and shorten response times.\nPartner across internal and external stakeholders to improve end-to-end inventory processes.\nMaintain process documentation and provide reliable coverage for critical Logistics and Reverse Logistics activities. \nWhat You Bring:\nEducation\nBA/BS degree required; Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent preferred.\nExperience\nAt least 2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory control, manufacturing/distribution, warehouse operations, or physical logistics preferred.\nHands-on experience with OMS, WMS, ERP, EDI, stock reconciliation, and third-party warehousing.\nStrong data analytics capability, including advanced Excel; experience with SQL and dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.\nExperience building dashboards, automating workflows, and converting complex data into practical business recommendations.\nDemonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools responsibly for analysis, exception detection, research, or productivity improvement.\nEvidence of successful process improvement leadership.\nBonus Points:\nConsumer goods, direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, or retail logistics experience preferred.\nCompensation & Benefits:\nUp to $32.50 per hour + overtime\nMedical insurance\nDental insurance\nVision insurance\n401(k)\nDisability insurance\nAbout FuseGlobal:\n FuseGlobal is a partnership of people and brand-leading companies, working together to make things run better.
