It’s a hybrid creative, technical, and relational role for someone who can think like a producer, speak like a technologist, and sell like a storyteller.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn the full sales pipeline -from outreach to closing\n\nIdentify and engage studios, agencies, and creative teams\n\nDevelop and run tailored demos showing Fuser in action\n\nTranslate client goals into custom AI workflows (nodes, generation, automation)\n\nCollaborate with Product to share client feedback and shape features\n\nPartner with Marketing to craft decks, case studies, and creative use-case materials\n\nBuild and nurture long-term relationships with partners and clients\n\nTrack performance and outreach metrics in our CRM\n\nWhat You Bring\nProven experience in production, creative technology, or SaaS sales\n\nUnderstanding of how media and content are produced-from concept to delivery\n\nFluency with creative tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, ComfyUI, Davinci Resolve, Nuke, C4D/Maya/Blender, UE4/Unity etc.)\n\nFamiliarity with APIs, AI models, or automation (Zapier, n8n, etc.)\n\nStrong communicator who can simplify complex ideas for creative audiences\n\nEntrepreneurial energy-self-directed, curious, solutions-oriented\n\nComfortable running client calls, demos, and negotiations\n\nCompensation & Incentives\nBase/Retainer: $4K-$6K/month commensurate with experience, plus commission and equity\n\nTiered bonuses for strategic wins (studio onboarding, partnerships, or showcases)\n\nQuarterly performance incentives tied to ecosystem growth and engagement\n\nOpportunity for retainer adjustment as pipeline and accounts expand\n\nPaid travel or event participation for industry conferences and showcases\n\nHow We Work\nHybrid, flexible, async-friendly-based in LA with remote option for exceptional candidates\n\nCreative-first culture-accessibility, design, and feel matter\n\nHigh trust, high standards-ownership early, autonomy always\n\nSmall team, big impact-every relationship you build shapes Fuser’s future\n\nHow We Interview\nIntro Conversation - Meet with leadership to talk about your background in production, creative tech, and client development.\n\nDemo & Strategy Discussion - Walk us through how you’d present Fuser to a studio or creative team.\n\nPaid Pilot (2 Weeks) - Collaborate with us on a short strategy sprint: identify prospects, design a mini-demo or sales approach, and present your findings.
