ownership of real-world outcomes rather than only building prototypes.\n\nKey ResponsibilitiesEngage directly with customers to understand business challenges, technical requirements, existing systems, security constraints, and success criteria\n\nDesign end-to-end AI solution architectures spanning Generative AI, AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and cloud or hybrid environments\n\nBuild and deliver Proof of Concepts (PoC), prototypes, and production-ready AI applications to validate business and technical value\n\nIntegrate AI solutions with enterprise systems such as GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, databases, internal applications, identity providers, APIs, and cloud services\n\nLead technical deployment activities from discovery through pilot, integration, production rollout, and user adoption\n\nDesign solutions with production requirements in mind, including security, scalability, reliability, monitoring, observability, performance, and cost management\n\nWork closely with customer IT, development, security, and business teams to identify technical blockers and drive projects to successful completion\n\nCollaborate with technology partners and internal product/engineering teams to build reusable solution components and delivery best practices\n\nLead technical workshops, architecture discussions, demonstrations, and solution presentations for customers and stakeholders\n\nSupport enterprise AI adoption initiatives, including developer productivity, AI-assisted software development, workflow automation, and internal AI applications\n\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards, reference architectures, and reusable deployment patterns\n\nQualifications\nQualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field\n\nAt least 4–7 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Solution Architecture\n\nStrong software engineering skills in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Go, or similar programming languages\n\nStrong understanding of backend development, REST APIs, databases, authentication/authorization, Git, and system integration\n\nHands-on experience with Generative AI technologies such as LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, tool/function calling, AI Agents, or AI workflow orchestration\n\nExperience with Linux, Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms, networking, and production deployment\n\nGood understanding of enterprise security concepts including authentication, RBAC, secrets management, API security, data privacy, and audit logging\n\nAbility to translate ambiguous customer requirements into clear technical architectures and implementation plans\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues across software, infrastructure, networking, and integration layers\n\nStrong customer-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills\n\nGood communication skills in both Thai and English\n\nExperience with enterprise developer tools, GitHub/GitLab, DevSecOps, Application Security, or AI coding tools is a strong plus\n\nExperience working with enterprise customers in manufacturing, banking, or other regulated industries is a strong plus\n\nA proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects in fast-changing
