Description:\nExecute, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud security solutions across customer environments.\n\nSupport the implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of cloud security solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent cloud environments.\n\nSupport the investigation and troubleshooting of security incidents, configuration issues, connectivity problems, and integration issues.\n\nAnalyze security logs, alerts, and system activities to identify potential security issues and perform basic root-cause investigation.\n\nSupport issue management and remediation activities to ensure timely resolution of technical and security-related issues.\n\nProvide ongoing technical support to customers, communicate technical findings clearly, and assist with maintaining secure and reliable environments.\n\nPrepare technical reports on security incidents, threats, monitoring results, and solution performance, while staying updated on emerging cloud security technologies and best practices.\n\nQualifications\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, security operations, or related fields.\n\nHands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\n\nGood understanding of cloud security fundamentals, including:\n\nIdentity and Access Management (IAM)\n\nNetwork Security\n\nFirewall / Security Groups\n\nLogging and Monitoring\n\nEncryption\n\nLeast-Privilege Access\n\nBasic understanding of containers and container orchestration, such as Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, or GKE.\n\nBasic knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.\n\nGood understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Proxy, Firewall, Routing, and network connectivity troubleshooting.\n\nExperience in incident troubleshooting, log analysis, and basic root-cause investigation.\n\nAbility to follow implementation procedures, technical documentation, runbooks, and instructions.\n\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to communicate technical issues and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nGood command of English, especially for reading technical documentation and communicating with customers or technical teams.\n\nPreferred QualificationsExperience with CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, or other Cloud Security solutions such as:\n\nCrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security\n\nWiz\n\nPrisma Cloud\n\nMicrosoft Defender for Cloud\n\nOther equivalent solutions\n\nExperience with SIEM / Next-Generation SIEM platforms such as:\n\nCrowdStrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM\n\nMicrosoft Sentinel\n\nSplunk\n\nIBM QRadar\n\nOther equivalent solutions\n\nExperience with Kubernetes / container security.\n\nKnowledge or experience in:\n\nVulnerability Management\n\nExposure Management\n\nReal-time Visibility & Detection\n\nWorkload Protection\n\nExperience in customer-facing implementation, operations, or technical support.\n\nExperience supporting cloud security incidents, configuration issues, or system integration troubleshooting.\n\nExperience working in a Cloud Security, SOC, Security Operations, or IT Infrastructure
