หรือ Enterprise IT\nมีความรู้ด้าน Computer Network, Enterprise Security และ System Integration\nมีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ด้าน ITSM / IT Service Management โดยเฉพาะการใช้งาน Freshservice / Freshworks\nมีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ด้าน MDM / UEM เช่น Workspace ONE\nหากมีประสบการณ์หรือความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Security Products เช่น Netskope, Zscaler และ CrowdStrike จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ\nมีทักษะด้าน Troubleshooting, Problem Solving และ Technical Analysis\nสามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงานได้ โดยเฉพาะการ เปิด Ticket, ประสานงาน และ Escalate ปัญหากับ Vendor
