This role combines program leadership, technical integration management, and stakeholder engagement across business and IT functions.\nThe successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between regional business stakeholders, global delivery teams, architecture, data engineering, and governance functions, ensuring the seamless integration of regional requirements into a global data platform while maintaining alignment with overall program objectives.\n Required Qualifications\nProgram & Transformation Leadership\n8+ years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, PMO, or Transformation Leadership roles.\nProven track record in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives.\nExperience coordinating stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.\nStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.\nTechnical & Integration Expertise\nStrong background in Enterprise Data Warehousing and Data Analytics environments.\nExperience with e.g.:Data warehouse modernization and migration programs\nData integration, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines\nCloud-based data platforms (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, or similar)\nData modeling, data governance, and master data management\nReporting and analytics solutions\nSystem integration and dependency management\n\nAbility to engage effectively with architects, data engineers, and technical delivery teams.\nPharmaceutical Industry Experience\n3+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sector.\nStrong understanding of commercial pharmaceutical data domains, e.g. Sales and performance analytics, Customer and HCP data\nLeadership Competencies\nStrong influencing and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to operate effectively in a matrix organization.\nExcellent facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution capabilities.\nHighly structured, proactive, and outcome-oriented approach.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or similar certification.\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Azure DevOps.\nExperience in global data transformation, platform consolidation, or data product programs.\nExposure to AI and advanced analytics initiatives.\n WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN FUSION:\nAt Fusion, you’ll join a diverse team of talented professionals from around the world, united by a passion for delivering impactful digital transformation in the life sciences industry.
