The role focuses on ensuring seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and non-SAP enterprise applications while aligning solutions with business processes and operational requirements.\nYou will act as the key link between business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical integration specialists, leading requirements gathering, functional solution design, and cross-functional coordination throughout SAP implementation and transformation initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead functional integration activities across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and third-party enterprise applications.\nGather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional integration specifications and solution designs.\nEnsure alignment of SAP integration solutions with end-to-end business processes across multiple SAP modules.\nCoordinate functional integration between SAP and enterprise systems such as MES, LIMS, WMS, CRM, and other business applications.\nWork closely with SAP functional consultants, integration developers, solution architects, and business stakeholders.\nDefine functional integration requirements, including business process flows, data mapping, and interface dependencies.\nLead functional workshops to identify integration requirements, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.\nSupport SAP implementation, migration, transformation, and global rollout programs.\nCoordinate integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and business process validation.\nEnsure integration solutions meet pharmaceutical industry requirements, including GxP compliance.\nProvide functional guidance and resolve cross-system integration issues throughout project delivery.\n Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP functional consulting, SAP integration, or functional leadership roles.\nStrong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC.\nProven experience leading functional integration activities across SAP modules and non-SAP enterprise systems.\nStrong understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-functional SAP integration.\nExperience gathering business requirements, preparing functional specifications, and coordinating solution delivery.\nUnderstanding of SAP integration concepts, including IDocs, APIs, interfaces, and data flows, from a functional perspective.\nExperience integrating SAP with enterprise applications such as MES, LIMS, WMS, or similar systems.\nExperience working within regulated pharmaceutical environments (GxP).\nExperience supporting large-scale SAP implementations, transformations, or global rollouts.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.\nFluent English is required.\n WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN FUSION:\nAt Fusion, you’ll join a diverse team of talented professionals from around the world, united by a passion for delivering impactful digital transformation in the life sciences industry.
