With unwavering support and an entrepreneurial spirit, our global teamwork transcends boundaries and turns shared visions into reality.\n We are looking for an IT Project Manager with experience in Data Domain projects to support upcoming demand across multiple IT initiatives.\nYou will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects related to data platforms, data management, integrations, and transformation activities, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead IT projects within the Data Domain from initiation through delivery.\nManage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.\nCoordinate activities across Data, IT, business teams, and external vendors.\nFacilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.\nTrack project progress and ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes.\nManage cross-functional dependencies across multiple workstreams.\nSupport project governance, reporting, and status communication.\nIdentify project risks and blockers and drive mitigation actions.\nEnsure alignment between technical delivery and business requirements.\nSupport upcoming project demand across the wider Data portfolio.\n Proven experience managing Data, Analytics, Data Platform, and Business Intelligence projects end to end in complex global organizations.\nHands-on project management approach with active involvement in requirements gathering, data migration, testing, vendor coordination, and deployment activities.\nExperience leading cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Data Architects, Business Analysts, Reporting teams, and Business stakeholders.\nStrong knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and regulatory/compliance requirements.\nProven ability to manage end-to-end delivery of data transformation initiatives, including roadmap planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.\nExperience with enterprise reporting and analytics.\nDelivery mindset\nExperience in Pharma industry is a must.\nFor this role, we do not offer a relocation package.
