This individual will play a key role in PAS-X solution design, integration, process standardization, testing, and deployment within a regulated GxP environment.\nThe successful candidate will bring strong expertise in Werum PAS-X, pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, SAP integration, and Electronic Batch Record (EBR) solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as the PAS-X SME across global manufacturing programs.\nSupport the design, implementation, and rollout of a global PAS-X template solution.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, manufacturing teams, and technical partners to standardize and optimize manufacturing processes.\nSupport process design activities using ARIS and testing activities using HP ALM.\nContribute to end-to-end testing, validation, deployment, and hypercare activities.\nEnsure alignment with global manufacturing standards and governance frameworks.\n Required Experience\nPAS-X Functional Expertise\nStrong hands-on experience with Werum PAS-X, including:\nWeighing & Dispensing\nMaterial Flow\nLabel Management\nMaster Data ManagementSAP-integrated master data\nCustom Attributes (CA) and Characteristics (CX)\nProduction Unit Maintenance\nException Management\n\nRights & Roles\nElectronic Signatures and Workflows\nMaster Batch Record (MBR) DesignFormula Design\nGeneric MBR (gMBR) / PVL concepts\n\nIn-Process Control (IPC)\nElectronic Batch Records (EBR)\nEquipment ManagementState Diagrams\nMachine Integration\n\nBatch Record Review (BRR)\nIntegration Experience\nStrong experience integrating PAS-X with SAP WM and/or SAP EWM.\nExperience with PAS-X MSI and PAS-X APIs.\nAbility to create and manage orders, materials, and master data to support end-to-end testing activities.\nReporting & Analytics\nExperience with PAS-X reporting solutions and data extraction capabilities.\nKnowledge of PAS-X PDA (Product Data Access).\nExperience supporting data exports to enterprise reporting platforms and data lakes.\nFamiliarity with Power BI.\nExperience with Crystal Reports and/or Jaspersoft is highly desirable.\nIndustry Experience\nPharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences industry background.\nStrong understanding of:ISA-95\nGxP\nComputer System Validation (CSV)\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting global template deployments and multi-site rollouts.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work effectively with global cross-functional teams.\nExperience within large-scale digital manufacturing transformation programs.\nExposure to manufacturing operations across multiple international sites.\n WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN FUSION:\nAt Fusion, you’ll join a diverse team of talented professionals from around the world, united by a passion for delivering impactful digital transformation in the life sciences industry.
