This position is ideal for an individual who can bridge the gap between business and technology teams while maintaining strong governance, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement.Key\nResponsibilities Project Management Support\nSupport project planning, tracking, governance, and reporting activities.\nPrepare project status updates, meeting minutes, RAID logs, action trackers, and steering committee materials.\nCoordinate activities across business, operations, technology, and third-party teams.\nMonitor project progress against milestones and escalate risks or dependencies where required.\nSupport delivery managers and programme managers in maintaining project controls and governance standards.\nAbility to use Microsoft project and starter level AI/Chat GPT/ Teams components Business Analysis\nGather, document, and validate business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.\nAnalyse current-state and future-state business processes.\nTranslate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements.\nSupport solution design discussions by providing business context and process understanding.\nProduce high-quality documentation including: o Technical/Business\nRequirements Documents (TDO/BRDs) o Functional Specifications o Gap Analysis Documentation o Process/ data flow Maps o Data Mapping Documents o Business Impact Assessments Process Analysis & Simplification\nReview existing operational processes and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and efficiency improvements.\nChallenge existing ways of working and recommend practical improvements.\nDocument end-to-end processes and operational controls.\nFacilitate process improvement workshops with business stakeholders.\nSupport continuous improvement and Lean/Kaizen initiatives. Process Mapping & Data Analysis\nCreate high-level and detailed process flow diagrams using recognised modelling techniques.\nDevelop current-state and target-state process maps.\nUnderstand and document: o Business workflows o Operational hand-offs o System interactions o Data lineage and data flows\nProduce data mapping documentation between source and target systems.\nIdentify data dependencies, transformation rules, and control points within business processes.\nAssist in impact assessments for business and technology changes. Stakeholder Management\nEngage effectively with business users, operations teams, technology teams, and project stakeholders.\nFacilitate workshops and gather information from subject matter experts.\nCommunicate complex information in a clear and structured manner.\nBuild strong working relationships across multiple teams and functions.\nRequirements Required Skills & Experience Essential\n2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Process Analyst, or related role.\nExperience analysing operational processes and identifying process improvement opportunities.\nStrong process mapping and workflow documentation skills.\nUnderstanding of end-to-end business processes and operational controls.\nExperience documenting business requirements and functional requirements.\nAbility to understand and document data flows and data mappings.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail and documentation quality.\nProficiency in: o Microsoft Excel o Microsoft Project o Chat GPT o PowerPoint o Word o Visio (preferable) Technical Knowledge\nUnderstanding of: o System-to-system integrations o Data flows and interfaces o Data transformation and mapping o Business process modelling o Change management practices\nAbility to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
