主な業務内容\n営業チームがスムーズに業務を行えるよう、事務・庶務の両面からサポートしていただきます。\n営業事務・データ管理\n・社内システム（英語表記）への受注情報・顧客情報などのデータ入力\n・見積書、伝票、その他営業関連書類の作成・照合・修正\n・受注処理、出荷指示、関連書類の準備・管理\n・営業担当者との情報共有および業務進捗の確認\n新規顧客の取引開始サポート\n・新規顧客の登録に必要なKYC書類の回収・確認\n・顧客情報や顧客コードの登録に必要な資料の収集・管理\n・社内手続きに必要な情報の確認および関係者との連携\nオフィス運営・庶務サポート\n・代表電話への対応、来客対応\n・郵便物・荷物の受け取り、配布、発送手配\n・署名・押印が必要な書類の取りまとめ・管理、請求書処理\n・社内備品・パントリーの補充、オフィス環境の整備\n\n
