You will act as a trusted advisor to management and oversee a broad range of HR, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and Talent Acquisition activities across multiple countries.\nKey responsibilities\nAct as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to management on HR and employee-related matters.\nOversee multi-country payroll, with responsibility for accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.\nManage and advise on employment law topics, employee relations, absence/leave, pensions, and immigration matters.\nEnsure HR processes and practices are compliant, accurate, and appropriately documented.\nManage and support the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, including setting priorities, providing guidance, and monitoring the effectiveness of the TA function.\nAbout you\nProven experience in an HR Manager or comparable managerial role (+/- 10 years), ideally within an international commercial environment such as sales, trading, or financial services.\nExperience with multi-country payroll; knowledge of Nmbrs is a strong advantage.\nExperience working across multiple European countries, ideally including NL, FR, DE and IT.
