The ideal candidate should have strong technical recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and onboarding.\n\nSource qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.\n\nReview resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.\n\nConduct initial candidate screening and assess technical and communication skills.\n\nCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.\n\nMaintain and develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.\n\nWork closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand job requirements.\n\nFollow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.\n\nMaintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS/internal systems.\n\nMeet individual and team recruitment targets related to submissions, interviews, and closures.\n\nBuild strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.\n\nStay updated on current technology trends, talent availability, and recruitment practices.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n\n2–4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.\n\nStrong understanding of technical roles and IT technologies.\n\nExperience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, Salesforce, and other IT technologies.\n\nHands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, or similar platforms.\n\nStrong candidate sourcing and screening skills.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nStrong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\n\nAbility to handle multiple requirements and priorities
