Alliances & Partnerships

We’re strengthening the Alliances & Partnerships team to ensure continuity and growth across our partner ecosystem.

In this role, you will build and scale strategic partnerships across the Financial Services Technology landscape. Beyond expanding our partner ecosystem, you will take ownership of a defined portfolio to directly drive revenue growth through structured execution.

This hybrid position blends market development, strategic relationship management, and revenue enablement. Strong communication skills, sharp commercial acumen, and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential to succeed.

Requirements

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Actively identify, evaluate, and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with our overall go-to-market and sales strategy
• Structure and negotiate partnership agreements
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key partner stakeholders
• Own partner onboarding, enablement, and knowledge transfer
• Design and execute scalable partner programs (training, marketing initiatives, etc.)
• Track and report partner performance using defined KPIs (pipeline, revenue, engagement)
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners for alignment and proactive issues resolution
• Foster close collaboration between partners and internal teams (Sales, Solution Engineers, Product, Marketing)

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of partnership management or business development experience in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of building, scaling, and managing strategic partnerships
• Strong domain expertise or deep interest in IAM, Cybersecurity, or FinTech
• Sharp strategic thinking with strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent track record in executive relationship-building and stakeholder management
• Fluent in English with strong presentation skills; German, French, or Italian is a plus
• Collaborative mindset with proven experience working cross-functionally

• Prior experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS scale-up environment
• Established network of potential partners across the European market
• Experience working with system integrators, value added resellers, core banking vendors, or cybersecurity consultancies
