store management teams, ensuring consistent operational and service standards.\n\n• Drive sales growth, achieve revenue targets and manage area profitability.\n\n• Monitor store performance against targets and implement action plans to address gaps.\n\n• Coach and develop store managers and their teams through regular training and performance feedback.\n\n• Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, visual merchandising, stockroom standards and customer service.\n\n• Oversee inventory management, stock availability, store supplies and budgets.\n\n• Analyse sales trends, competitor activity and market opportunities to support business growth.\n\n• Work closely with buying, planning and operations teams to improve store performance.\n\n• Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, risk controls and occupational health and safety standards.\n\n• Manage staffing levels, employee relations and performance management processes.\n\n• Build effective relationships with customers, landlords, suppliers and internal stakeholders.\n\n• Prepare and submit accurate sales, operational and performance reports.\n\nDesired Experience & Qualification\n• Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification.\n\n• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar retail management role, overseeing multiple stores.\n\n• Proven leadership, coaching and people management skills.\n\n• Strong business and commercial acumen, with sound sales and budget management abilities.\n\n• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.\n\n• Proficiency in MS Office and report writing.\n\n• Strong planning, organisational and time management skills.\n\n• A customer-focused approach and an understanding of brand promotion and visual standards.\n\n• A valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.\n\n• Flexibility to meet store trading requirements, including seasonal peaks and demands outside standard business
