This is an excellent opportunity to learn end-to-end recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate engagement within a collaborative HR team.\nWhat You'll Do\n\nSupport the recruitment lifecycle: Assist with job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records in our applicant tracking system.\n\nCandidate communication: Liaise professionally with applicants to provide timely updates, answer queries, and ensure a positive candidate experience.\n\nSourcing and outreach: Use job boards, social media and talent platforms to find candidates; support targeted outreach campaigns for hard-to-fill roles and early-career programmes.\n\nEmployer branding & events: Help coordinate virtual and on-site recruitment events, careers fairs and campus activities; contribute to social media and careers page content.\n\nData and reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, prepare regular reports and contribute to process improvement initiatives.\n\nAdministration and projects: Support onboarding admin, reference checks and ad-hoc HR projects as required.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain candidate records and update the ATS with interview outcomes and feedback.\n\nCoordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones and stakeholders.\n\nAssist hiring managers with role briefings and candidate shortlisting.\n\nProduce clear, professional communication templates for candidate touchpoints.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.\n\nWhat You Bring to the Table\nGraduated from Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.\n\nStrong written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.\n\nExcellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.\n\nOrganised with good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.\n\nComfortable using MS Office; experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools is a plus.\n\nProactive attitude, eagerness to learn and a collaborative approach to teamwork.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like in This Role\nTimely coordination of interviews and smooth candidate journeys from application to offer.\n\nPositive feedback from candidates and hiring managers about communication and process efficiency.\n\nMeasurable contributions to sourcing pipelines and event-driven candidate attraction.\n\nAccurate, up-to-date recruitment metrics and useful insights for the HR team.\n\nWhat Youll Gain\nPractical experience across the full recruitment lifecycle in a global company.\n\nMentoring from experienced HR and Talent Acquisition professionals.\n\nOpportunities for career development within Future Group.\n\nA supportive, diverse and international team environment.\n\nHow to ApplyIf you are organised, communicative and passionate about people, we would love to hear from you.
