What You'll Do Support the recruitment lifecycle: Assist with job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records in our applicant tracking system. Candidate communication: Liaise professionally with applicants to provide timely updates, answer queries, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Sourcing and outreach: Use job boards, social media and talent platforms to find candidates; support targeted outreach campaigns for hard-to-fill roles and early-career programmes. Employer
