This role combines people leadership, operational excellence, and learning & development. You’ll be responsible for coaching a high-performing team, creating scalable training and quality programs, and partnering closely with Product, Clinical, and Operations to continuously improve the member experience.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has both managed Board Certified Health Coaches and has experience building learning programs, workshops, and coaching frameworks.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead & Develop Coaching Teams\nLead, coach, and develop a team of Board Certified Health Coaches through regular 1:1s, QA reviews, and performance management.\nUphold Coaching Standards & Quality\nDesign and deliver onboarding, continuing education, workshops, and learning experiences that improve coaching quality.\nDevelop SOPs, coaching frameworks, QA rubrics, and best practices to create a consistent, scalable member experience.\nDrive Operational Excellence\nAnalyze coaching performance and member outcomes to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.\nLead operational initiatives that improve coaching quality, efficiency, and member outcomes.\nChampion Cross-Functional Partnership\nPartner with Product, Clinical, Analytics, and Operations to shape the Health Coaching service offering and coach tooling.\nMentor other leaders and contribute to scaling coaching operations across the organization.\nWhat You Bring\nBoard Certified Health Coach (NBC-HWC) required.\n5+ years of health coaching experience.\n3+ years managing and developing Board Certified Health Coaches or other clinical coaching teams.\nExperience designing learning programs, facilitation, workshops, or continuing education curricula.\nDemonstrated ability to create SOPs, QA frameworks, and scalable coaching processes.\nStrong data literacy with the ability to translate insights into operational improvements.\nExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience partnering with Product and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nYou operate a team that is:\nHigh-performing, consistent, and data driven\nAligned to quality standards and the Health Coaching learning curriculum\nStrong in coaching outcomes, professionalism, and member experience\nYou demonstrate:\nClear judgment\nStrong ownership\nThe ability to influence product direction through coaching insights and member feedback\nCompensation, Benefits & Perks at Future\nSalary Range: $70,000-$110,000/year+ equity. The salary range is based on multiple factors including business needs, market demands, talent availability, experience, and unique skills.
