we would love to hear from you.\nThis job is all about:\nWorking directly with clients to understand, clarify and address their business, customer and user needs.\n\nWorking on digital transformation and Service Design projects across a variety of industries and business contexts.\n\nConducting discovery through stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiry, observation, shadowing, workshops and other research and service design methods.\n\nUnderstanding how services work across customers, employees, processes, channels, technology and organisational structures.\n\nCreating service blueprints, customer journey maps, ecosystem maps and process models to visualise current-state services and identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nBringing together research findings, operational data, business information and stakeholder perspectives to identify patterns, pain points and opportunities.\n\nTranslating insights into opportunity areas, “How might we…” questions and clear recommendations for further development.\n\nDesigning future-state services and experiences through concepts, scenarios, prototypes and other tangible artefacts.\n\nDesigning and facilitating workshops that bring together different groups of stakeholders and help teams reach a shared understanding of the problem and potential solutions.\n\nWorking closely with UX Researchers, Business Analysts, UX Designers, strategists and other cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable improvements.\n\nSupporting clients in testing and implementing new ways of working and ensuring that designed solutions work in practice.\n\nContributing to the development of Service Design methods, tools and ways of working at Future Mind.\n\nBuilding stable, long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with clients.\n\nHere's what we're looking for:\nAt least 3 years of experience for a Mid-level position in Service Design, Customer Experience, UX Research, UX Design, Business Consulting, Business Analysis or a related field.\n\nExperience working on discovery projects and customer or user experience initiatives.\n\nPractical experience in preparing and facilitating workshops and working with different groups of stakeholders.\n\nExperience analysing and documenting complex processes, workflows and service dependencies.\n\nPractical experience creating service blueprints, journey maps, process models and other service visualisations.\n\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear insights, recommendations and next steps.\n\nExcellent communication, facilitation and organisational skills.\n\nEase in working with business, design and technology stakeholders.\n\nThe ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.\n\nPractical knowledge of Figma/FigJam, Miro, Jira and Confluence.\n\nGood command of spoken and written Polish
