Creating value for our audience is central to our mission.\nWhat you'll do\nThe PPC Executive will support the Marketing Team by building, running, and optimising PPC campaigns day-to-day. Working closely with the Senior PPC Executive and reporting to the Senior PPC Manager, you'll handle campaign builds, keyword and ad copy management, bid adjustments, and performance reporting. Your work will help make sure campaigns hit their targets and deliver measurable ROI.\nThis role suits someone with some hands-on paid search experience, ideally in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, who wants to sharpen their skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You'll get structured support, exposure to large-scale UK and US accounts, and a clear path towards a Senior PPC Executive role.\nWhat you’ll bring\n1-2 years' hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, whether in-house or at an agency.\nWorking knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads; experience with Google Ads Editor and/or SA360 is a plus.\nA solid understanding of core PPC metrics and how they tie to ROI and profitability.\nBasic understanding of automated bidding strategies.\nAn interest in AI tools, with the ability to explore how they can support campaign optimisation, data analysis, and marketing efficiency.\nStrong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).\nAn analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.\nClear written and verbal communication skills, and the confidence to share findings with the team.\nA proactive, curious approach and a willingness to learn.\nGoogle Ads certification is desirable.
